CHEESY FLOWER BREAD

I wanted to try out something new so i started searching in the internet for some yummy recipes. Then this recipe caught my eye. Its just perfect for an evening snack or to take your taste buds to a cheesy world. In the recipe they used panneer but i tried out with processed cheese. It turned out delicious
I made one with chocolate also.

The recipe is very simple and easy to make.
Makes 8

INGREDIENTS:
maida - 1 3/4th cup
water -1/3 cup
milk -1/3 cup
sugar-2tbs
instant yeast -1tsp
salt- 3/4th tsp
butter- 1 tsp
white sesame seeds
processed cheese grated for filling

PROCEDURE:
1. In a bowl mix together flour,sugar,salt and yeast.
Note: in the bowl add yeast and flour side by side
2.Add the milk and water and mix to form a soft dough.
3.Knead the dough for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth.
4. Place it in a bowl and set it aside in a warm place for it to double.
5.preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius
6. press it and divide the douigh into 8 parts
7.Shape the dough into a thick disc, place the cheese inside and bring the sides of the dough to cover the filling.
8.Keeping the seam side down, use a knife to make cuts around the edge. Make 8 cuts leaving the centre intact.
9.Take out each petal and twist it to 90°.Arrange them on a greased tray.
10.Apply milk wash and sprinkle sesame seeds in the centre.Bake in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden.
11. Serve hot.
